Oil change for the hydraulic system every 2000 hours or 3 years (whatever comes first) 5. Change of the engine oil filter every 150 hours or year (whatever comes first) 6. Change of the engine fuel filters every 150 hours or 1 year (whatever comes first) 7. Change of the engine air filter every 50-200* hours or 1 year (whatever comes first)* depending on the working conditions e.g. If there is a lot of dust where the machine is used you must clean it every week or every 10 hours and more frequent changes 8. Plug change every 150 hours only for the gas engines  9. Carburettor cleaning every 1500-2000 hours or 3 years  10. Joint lubrication every 150 hours or 6 months (whatever comes first) 11. Antifreeze liquid change at the radiator every 1500 hours or 3 years.

FORKLIFTS WITH ELECTRIC ENGINES

Inspection and cleaning of the movement and lifting engines every year or 800 hours 2. Weekly check of the battery elements and liquids 3. Oil change for the hydraulic system every 2000 hours or 3 years (whatever comes first) 4. Joint lubrication every 150 hours or 6 months (whatever comes first).

FURNITURE AND HOME APPLIANCES LIFTING MACHINES WITH AN EXTERIOR MOTOR

Oil change for the hydraulic system every 2000 hours or 2 years (whatever comes first) 2. ΑEngine oil filter changes every 150 hours or year (whatever comes first) 3. Engine fuel filter changes every 150 hours or year (whatever comes first) 4. Engine air filter changes every 150-250* hours or year (whatever comes first)* depending on the working conditions e.g. If there is a lot of dust and humidity where the machine is used you must clean it every week or 30 hours and make more frequent changes 5. Plug change every 150 hours only for the gas engines 6. Carburettor cleaning every 1500-2000 hours or 3 years 7. Joint and moving parts lubrication every 150 hours or 6 months (whatever comes first) 8. In liquid-cooled engines change of the cooling liquid in the radiator every 1500 hours or 3 years 9. In case that our machine is powered by the truck engine, we follow the manufacturer’s instructions as far as the engine service is concerned taking into account the working hours of the machine. We must not forget that apart from the engine the gearbox is also in use at the same time so we make sure that we change the gearbox oil faster 10. Wire rope checks every year.

In case that our machine is powered by the truck engine, we follow the manufacturer’s instructions as far as the engine service is concerned taking into account the working hours of the machine. We must not forget that apart from the engine the gearbox is also in use at the same time so we make sure that we change the gearbox oil faster.
